It is that time of year again. I wanted to take a moment to touch base with you about renewing your mosquito service for 2017…
First, we are making a recommendation this year:
Please consider letting us start treating your property mid-March. We’ve had an unseasonably warm winter, and on many of the warmer days, we are already seeing mosquitoes out and about. We’ve just not had the consistent sub-freezing temperatures needed to knock them back, so you can be sure it is going to be a very active mosquito year.
It is so much better to prevent mosquitoes with a strong barrier on the front end rather than trying to manage an infestation on the back end.
Of course we still offer custom plans for five-month or more commitments, as well as custom frequencies like every two or three weeks instead of monthly.
These more frequent plans are especially helpful for well-irrigated lawns, well-manicured shrubs, high-shade properties, poor-drainage properties, or properties surrounded by neighbors with mosquito-friendly yards.
Getting started with your 2017 service:
Simply contact us and let us know 5 things…
1. Desired Frequency: Every two weeks, three weeks, or monthly.
2. Desired Start Month: March, April or May
3. Desired Number of Months: 8, 7, 6, or 5
4. Fire Ant/Flea/Tick Control: If you had us handle those services last year, please let us know if you would not like to continue with that service. Otherwise, we will automatically add it to your bill at last year’s pricing. We will start treating these pests in March/April as we are already seeing these pests surface.
5. Desired Payment Option: 1, 2 or 3 (see below)
Option 1: Choose at least 8 services, starting in March, pay in full by February 29th, and you will receive a 10% discount. That is practically one free service!
Option 2: Choose at least 5 services starting in April, pay in full by March 15th, and you will receive a 5% discount.
Option 3: Choose at least 5 services with any start month, pay 50% down by March 31, then 25% in 30 days, and the remaining 25% in 60 days.
Once we receive your 5 choices, we sill send an email invoice through QuickBooks Online. You may use your credit card, debit card, or checking account to pay your bill directly from the email. Paying online is easy, fast, and secure.
If you choose Option 1 or 2, the invoice will reflect their respective discounts. If you choose Option 3, the invoice will be for the whole amount, but only 50% of the balance is due to start. In all cases, payment must be received before we start spraying to guarantee your space in our cue.
